Stephanie A. Nation

Ms. Nation represents residential and commercial real estate developers in connection with the creation of master planned communities, condominium and planned developments, mixed-use projects, high-rise condominiums and custom lot subdivisions.
Ms. Nation also advises developers on real property disclosure laws and assists in the preparation of buyer disclosures.
Ms. Nation's practice also includes general business and real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial, residential and industrial property as well as land use, zoning and entitlement matters.
Additionally, Ms. Nation is experienced in intellectual property matters. Ms. Nation advises clients concerning trademark and copyright protection, including the preparation of applications for trademark and copyright protection.
