Paige H. Gosney

Paige H. Gosney represents businesses, residential and commercial landowners and developers, beverage container recycling companies and other entities in a variety of land use and business-related matters before administrative tribunals, legislative bodies, and in all aspects of litigation before state and federal courts, including matters involving the Subdivision Map Act, CEQA, Coastal Act, water rights, development entitlements, due diligence, AB 2020, the Outdoor Advertising Act and general planning and zoning laws. Mr. Gosney is also skilled at handling a wide range of real estate and general civil and business litigation matters.
Mr. Gosney authors monthly articles for the California Land Use Law & Policy Reporter that track the status of proposed land use-related legislation in the California legislature.
