Lawrence R. Resnick has 49 years of trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts, representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex business, real estate, and construction industry related litigation matters.

Mr. Resnick has personally prosecuted or defended over 100 cases to judgment, in including all types of real estate and construction industry disputes, corporate dissolutions and derivative actions, partnership dissolutions, accountings, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract claims and business tort claims. He is also licensed to practice in Ohio.
