Edward A. Galloway

Edward A. Galloway concentrates his practice in litigation, and transactions. He has represented clients in federal court (including bankruptcy court), state court and administrative agencies including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Department of Real Estate. Mr. Galloway’s litigation experience includes representation of clients involved in all types of real property and commercial disputes involving property owners, developers and contractors in lawsuits relating to construction, insurance coverage, soils, mechanic’s liens, discrimination, CC&R’s, land acquisition, and easements.
Mr. Galloway has counseled clients, including developers, among others, concerning the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of purchase and sale agreements, subcontract agreements, design professional agreements, and disclosure statements, among others. Mr. Galloway also assists clients with all aspects of insurance coverage, including advising clients regarding appropriate insurance policies to acquire for their businesses and projects, negotiating with insurers for the purchase of insurance, tendering claims to insurers, asserting insured’s rights against insurers, and litigating on behalf of insureds against insurers for “bad faith.”
