Brad Bjelke is an experienced business and employment attorney with an extensive background in corporate management and litigation. Prior to joining JDTP, Mr. Bjelke served for over five years as vice president and general counsel for one of the largest software companies in the real estate industry.

Mr. Bjelke represents businesses of all sizes and counsels their executives, managers, and HR departments on the day-to-day legal issues facing companies. Mr. Bjelke has argued cases before California and federal courts, and he has expertise in handling matters in front of state and federal agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the General Services Administration.

Mr. Bjelke is a frequent speaker on labor and employment matters, and he is well known in the real estate industry, providing lectures and updates on policies set by the National Association of Realtors, local real estate associations, and multiple listing services.

Mr. Bjelke serves as an adjunct lecturer of Administrative Law and Public Policy at California Lutheran University, and he is very active in the Ventura County community.
