Abe Cook is a member of JDTP’s Subdivisions Services Group. Mr. Cook’s practice focuses on the development of commercial, residential, mixed-use and master planned common interest developments.
He regularly advises land developers, builders, lenders and homeowners associations on matters relating to the California Department of Real Estate, California’s Davis-Stirling Act, and other state and federal regulations concerning the creation and operation of associations and the development, advertising and sale of property.
