Acquisition and Disposition: We counsel clients in connection with the purchase and sale of unimproved and improved real property, office, retail, and commercial projects; multifamily housing projects, equity investments, mortgage loans, REO properties, and real estate portfolios.

Master-Planned Communities: JDTP's real estate lawyers counsel land developers in developing master planned communities throughout California and Nevada. The firm represents master-planned community developers in preparing and negotiating documentation for the sale of lots to merchant builders. We also represent merchant builders who wish to acquire property in those communities.

Finance: The firm represents borrowers and institutional lenders in connection with structuring, negotiating, and documenting secured real estate loans, including development, construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
