Since the early 1970s, Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh has been nationally recognized as being on the cutting edge in Common Interest Subdivision ("CIS") legal issues. The attorneys in JDTP's CIS Practice Group have assisted clients in establishing the legal governance structure for thousands of residential and commercial developments and advising the developers of these major residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities.

We provide risk management advice, strategies and services, including developing protective provisions in sales transaction, conveyance and project governance documents; counseling in connection with obtaining and maintaining insurance; and drafting form contracts to use with contractors, subcontractors and other professionals and consultants.
