Prominent Transactional Attorney Ralph E. Balfour Joins Jackson DeMarco
IRVINE, CA - Ralph E. "Skip" Balfour has joined Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh as a senior counsel at the firm.
Balfour, an experienced business and real estate transactional lawyer, has been involved in the formation, operation, financing, structuring, sale and acquisition of business entities of all sizes, and in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate properties. Balfour was a founding partner of the Orange County firm of Balfour McDonald & Olmstead. He has served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of American Cement Corp., a diversified NYSE company involved in the production of cement and other industrial and consumer products, and in the development of the Snowmass ski resort. He advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to well established privately owned companies, on issues including succession planning, corporate governance, executive compensation and day-to-day business transactions.
