IRVINE, CA - Mark Sellers, a member of the Firm's Land Use and Environmental Practice Group was a featured guest on the Bob Taylor Show on radio station KKZZ (1400 am). During the March 3, 2009 broadcast, Mr. Sellers talked about the future of development in Ventura County and the growing importance of mixed-use projects due to each city’s urban boundary constraints, its regional housing needs allocation, and for SB 375 compliance (reduction in green house gases through shorter vehicle trips from infill development and a lessening of the approval of the more traditional horizontal expanding suburban SFD development - urban sprawl).
