Rising Stars are identified as the top 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Southern California based on a survey of attorneys and through independent research conducted by Law & Politics. The selection process further restricts the title of Rising Star to those attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or have been in practice for less than ten years.
