JDTP Employment Attorneys Prevail in Wrongful Termination Trial
IRVINE, CA - On October 2, 2009, after a three week trial held in the Los Angeles Superior Court (Norwalk), Louis Klein, Co-Chair of the Firm Employment Practice Group, assisted by Don Leonhardt and Michael Fairchild, secured a verdict in favor of their client in a wrongful termination case. The employee claimed that he had been terminated by the employer for whistleblowing related to violations of federal regulations. The jury returned the verdict in favor of JDTP's client, the employer, after one hour of deliberation.
