Andrew Bernstein Receives Prestigious Gwen Rosebeary Award
IRVINE- JDTP Shareholder Andy Bernstein is the latest recipient of the Gwen Rosebeary Award, presented annually by The Building Industry Association, Orange County Chapter. Mr. Bernstein has been a BIA/OC Board Member for nine years and has served as Member-at-Large on the Executive Committee for seven years. The Gwen Rosebeary Award is presented each year to an individual who has demonstrated a long-term commitment and outstanding dedication to the BIA/OC. It is named for the organization's former Director of Membership, Gwen Rosebeary, who served as a BIA/OC staff member for nearly three decades.
Mr. Bernstein is the co-chair of JDTP's Real Estate Practice Group. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and finance of residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects throughout the United States. Mr. Bernstein also has substantial expertise in the representation of both borrowers and lenders in commercial lending and workout transactions.
