June 1 Settlement Update

The disbursement of settlement funds to class members by the third party administrator, Rosenthal & Company LLC, occured on June 1, 2007.

The delay in the distribution of funds by Rosenthal was due to the number of class members and a higher than normal percentage of claimants disputing the length of their employment with Pizza Hut. While these disputes were being resolved, all settlement funds were deposited into interest bearing money market accounts. Interest earned was distributed to class members and added to their settlement disbursements.
