Shannon C. Sprinkel focuses her practice on the expanding field of mortgage guaranty insurance litigation. She also has extensive experience with secured lending, commercial real estate development and leasing, and real estate acquisition and disposition, representing both private and public sector clients. Ms. Sprinkel's experience includes negotiating and documenting complex commercial loan facilities, ground leases, sale-leasebacks, restructuring of troubled loans, workouts and foreclosures, and tax-free exchanges. She has also represented clients in the hotel and hospitality industry in connection with various aspects of their business operations.
