Michele A. Staples concentrates in advising and representing private and public sector landowners, agricultural businesses, developers and water suppliers in the areas of CEQA, land use planning, development permits, water rights, water supply, endangered species and regional habitat conservation plans, before courts, public agency boards, city councils and boards of supervisors. Ms. Staples also serves as an adjunct professor at Chapman University School of Law, where she teaches Water Law.
