Gregory P. Regier is the managing partner of the firms Westlake Village office, where he focuses on the processing and defending of land use entitlements, as well as land use and environmental litigation. Mr. Regier's practice covers a broad range of land use and environmental law in civil and administrative proceedings, including the California Environmental Quality Act, Subdivision Map Act, California Endangered Species Act, Williamson Act, planning and zoning laws, development fees and exactions, school mitigation requirements and other state and federal environmental and land use statutes.
Mr. Regier began his legal career with the City Attorney's office in Thousand Oaks, and was recently listed as a Rising Star In Los Angeles magazine's Southern California Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition. Mr. Regier was also named by the Pacific Coast Business Times as one of the top 40 Under 40 business leaders in the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County areas, and has been recognized by the Times in its Who's Who in Professional Services for the past two years.
