Craig K. Beam focuses his practice in all aspects of local, state and federal land use planning, CEQA and NEPA compliance and related environmental law associated with the development of residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality projects, including general plans, community plans, local coastal plans and permitting, zoning, subdivisions, public infrastructure financing, environmental review, habitat planning, endangered species and natural resources. His practice also includes governmental relations, local agency lobbying, development agreements and community redevelopment agency agreements, municipal construction contracts, municipal franchises and eminent domain.
